Caroline, retired as a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) the highest rank in the nursing profession, equivalent to a Director of Nursing. Her remarkable career span decades of clinical excellence, healthcare leadership, and unwavering dedication to the well-being of others. With extensive professional medical experience and additional training in phytomedicine and related medical fields, Caroline is celebrated for her deep knowledge, healing hands, and exceptional commitment to community health. Throughout her nursing career, she consistently demonstrated excellence, empathy, and integrity earning admiration from colleagues and heartfelt gratitude from countless patients.

 

Leadership Rooted in Compassion As Director of Nursing, Caroline’s leadership shaped healthcare systems, guided nursing teams, and upheld the highest standards of patient care. She became known not only for her administrative expertise but also for her compassion-driven approach to caregiving.

After retiring from active nursing, Caroline continued to serve humanity through her broad medical knowledge. She provided healing and support to individuals and families often free of charge, reinforcing her lifelong mission of selfless service.

 

Motivated by her passion to uplift others,her son Michael Kay, set in motion St. Caroline Caring Hands LLC (USA) a home care organization built on values of dignity, love, and compassionate service. IS vision is to ensure that quality care, emotional support, and dependable assistance remain accessible to families and seniors across communities.

 

Continuing the Vision Today, that vision is proudly carried forward by Michael Kay, Caroline’s first child and the Chief Executive Officer of St. Caroline Caring Hands LLC (USA). After many years of mentorship and training under Caroline, Michael stepped into leadership with a genuine passion for caregiving and strong foundations in leadership, I.T., and medical-related training. He previously served as a Supervisor and later advanced to Manager at American Airlines (Prospect Division) in the Customer Service Unit, where his outstanding leadership and commitment to excellence distinguished him. Michael’s dedication and professionalism make him an ideal custodian of Caroline’s mission ensuring her values continue to inspire the next generation of caregivers.
